How do you clean tile and grout ?
A prespray is applied to the floor and agitated with rotary brushes to breakdown the soils and stains on both the tile and grout. The floor is then steam cleaned and inspected. If you wish to apply a sealant/color sealant to the grout. The floor will be dried and the sealant will be applied.
How long do I have to stay off the floor ?
If the floor is left unsealed it can be walked on immediately. If you choose to have a sealant applied. No foot traffic for 2 hours. The sealant takes 24 hours to cure. Please be mindful not to spill any liquids during that period.
Do you move furniture ?
Yes we do. We do move the smaller items(ie. dining roomchairs, Tables, bathroom accessories, etc.) from the room. We do not move any appliances(ie. washing machine, stove, etc.).
Do I need to vacuum before cleaning ?
No, pre vacuuming is not necessary.
Do you clean inside showers or tub surrounds ?
Although we do clean bathroom floors, we do not clean inside of showers or tub surrounds
Do you guarantee all the spots and stains will come out during cleaning ?
With over twenty years of cleaning experience, we can restore many situations. Unfortunately, there are stains and discolorations in tile and grout that occur that are permanent. We will do everything possible, but we can't guarantee all spots and stains will come out.
